Registered Behavior Technician

I am reaching out to you today because we have an exciting new employment opportunity for graduating and recently graduated students in the Greater San Jose Area and surrounding cities. We are looking to hire ~30 students for our upcoming cohort, starting November 18th, of our Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training program, known as Ecademy.

Ecademy is an autism-care training program that will take students with any background in childcare (nannies, babysitter, camp counselor, tutors, mentors, etc.) to their RBT credential in just 3 months, through a mixture of online training and in-person sessions. This training is fully paid for at an hourly rate, and upon successful completion, Elemy has numerous job opportunities with the condition that graduates are willing to travel to client homes in nearby service areas.

This is a great opportunity for students looking to kick-start their career in childcare related fields such as behavioral analysis, psychology, special education, early childhood development etc.
