Emily Nhan
Class of 2020
During her time at the University of San Francisco, Emily double-majored in Psychology and Economics. In her interview, she opens up about the connections within the Psychology department that nurtured and furthered her interest in research, focused on equity. She currently works at the Institute for Clinical and Economic Review as a research assistant. To wrap up our interview, Emily encourages Psychology students to come into the Psych department often to gain an awareness of internship and volunteer opportunities posted throughout the department. She also stresses the importance of reaching out to faculty for guidance when needed.

Alisha Dutt
Class of 2021
Alisha Dutt graduated from the University of San Francisco with a BA in Psychology in May 2021. Within this interview, she briefly touches on some undergrad experiences that helped prepare her to join the workforce. Alisha is currently working as a second lieutenant in the United States Army. Towards the end of her interview, Alisha urges her audience to reach out to faculty and take full advantage of all the opportunities and resources the department has to offer.

Lilianna Lowe
Class of 2020
Lilianna is a recent Psychology graduate who minored in Neuroscience. Within this interview, Lilianna describes her journey to finding her passion for research. Liliana is currently working on graduate school applications and working full time at UCSF as a Research Program Assistant. Towards the end of the interview, Liliana states that figuring out your future is not easy and does not come quickly, and requires patience.
